Our lab is interested in studying the mechanisms of spatio-temporal tumor evolution, progression and therapy response. Our current research focuses on scalable inference methods and modeling of single-cell genomic and in situ imaging data to study the co-evolution of the tumor and immune ecosystem.

Jun 30, 2025 Our lab together with Gulhan, Pinello, Getz, Lawrence and Rheinbay Labs from MGH received a Krantz Technology Award to substantially expand our GPU and CPU compute cluster for ongoing computational modeling, multimodal data integration, and AI/ML research.
